Our Consulting Process

Every consultation begins with an initial discussion (30 minutes to 1 hour) to understand your specific goals and challenges. We'll outline our services, answer your questions, and collaboratively determine the best path forward.

Our Packages:

Virtual Systems Review

We'll assess your online platforms, administrative processes, and forms to ensure they meet the needs of TGD and LGBTQIA+ communities. We’ll identify areas for improvement and develop tailored solutions to enhance inclusivity.

Walkthrough Diagnostics

We'll experience your physical or online environment as a "customer" or "employee," providing tangible recommendations to create more inclusive and affirming spaces.

Policy Diagnostics

We'll review your existing policies through a TGD and LGBTQIA+ lens, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring they are legally compliant, equitable and inclusive. (e.g., updating your Gender Affirmation Policies)

Communication Diagnostics

We'll evaluate the representation and inclusion of TGD and LGBTQIA+ individuals across your public-facing and internal communications, ensuring respectful, affirming, and inclusive language.
